Yes, you can manage your appointment directly in your EveryWayz customer account. To give our mobile providers planning certainty, you can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours beforehand, to a new date within the next 14 and at most 30 days, provided the provider has open slots in their calendar. For changes or cancellations at shorter notice, the deadlines in our B2C terms and conditions apply.
Payment is handled securely, cashlessly and transparently in advance through our platform. You can pay for your booking conveniently by PayPal or by standard bank transfer. That means you do not need to keep cash at home when the provider arrives at your chosen location.
Getting to your provider profile is straightforward: first create a regular customer account on EveryWayz. Once you are logged in, you will find a provider form at the top right of the homepage. Fill it in briefly to apply. Our team reviews your details as quickly as possible. After we confirm and activate your account, you can set up your full profile, enter your preferred locations, working hours and prices, and start winning new customers in your region right away!

Your personal provider dashboard gives you full control over your calendar. You enter your availability and our system automatically adds buffer time for your journey when bookings are made. That way you can travel from one customer's home to the next without stress.
As soon as you have successfully carried out the mobile service at the customer's location, the payment is released. Billing runs securely through the platform and your earnings are paid out reliably, minus the fair EveryWayz booking commission.
